Juan Saldarriaga is a medium sized producer that recently took over his family's two farms. His two farms are about 60 hectares each, with altitude ranging between 1400 and 1800masl. He is experimenting with different cultivars in different altitudes, and many of them are recently planted.
This particular lot (lot #27) has been produced by Luis' son, Juan, who has recently focused on experimentation between varietal and process resulting in this deliciously sweet, naturally processed cup!
